Express?

I keep thinking about how people behave and thing like that. I do realise something people won't like to express their feeling or maybe simply they do not know how to do? Let me tell you guy an example, one of my friend telling that can't express himself out. Carrying the heavy burden all by himself which I feel that it is kind of worrying me. Hardening himself to make stronger on he outside. Like an onion when you slowly remove the layer of walls, they left with nothing. I might not be able to understand what he has been through and I know that he is still young yet such great responsibilities fall on his shoulder.

I wanted to help but I don't how to express my help to him?

Perhaps this is what I realised, people don't know how to express of themselves and their heart is sheltered with wall to keep people out.

I am sick this week, suffering from flu, cough and slight feverish. However, I still feel quite ok lor, carrying on the normal trainning. I do miss my DFs, where are you guys?

I don't understand some of my army friends, seriously, don't understand sometime they changes temper like girls. Ok, end of complain, i am turning into an old hag. I am spending like turning on tapwater, one week can spend like around $150. I can't take it anymore le, i have to start cutting down on my spending now. only can spend the max $50 a week. then save at least $100 a month.


Ya, me and my fucking nonsense about saving. Fat hope.

Week 3 in Army

I do enjoy all the physical activities in army, trying to do my very best in all the trainning. The word of the week is endurances, I always tends to give up easily whenever I face some minor setback. Until now, sometime I will think about that. Trainning can be tough and demanding, but it can be achieved easily as long you put in effort. Effort must be put in into things that you want to achieved. That why, I was telling myself that I must excel myself and transform into men from boys. Haha~

Guys and Girls, I do still miss you guys, Bee Har, next week I book out must wait for me at interchange hor. I don't care when you got time or not =P.
